We’re taking steps in our commitment to only using packaging materials from recycled or sustainable sources. As we are testing to find alternative solutions, your parcel might be packaged in a paper bag or you might have received items without individual polybags.
These steps are just some of the ways that we are exploring and contributing towards a sustainable future.

Who Will Deliver My Package?

 Lailacart is cooperating with a large number of carriers over different markets.

How I Can Track My Parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

How Do I Return My Online Order?

You have 15 days from the receiving date of your order to return your purchase from Lailacart.com . The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

These are the options for returning your item(s):

1-If you made your purchase as a registered user: Log in with your username and password and you can make a return request from the order details screen.
2-If you made your purchase as a guest: Request a refund by clicking on the link that appears in any of the emails we have sent you about your order.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If   you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return within 15 days from the receiving date of your purchase, before the return period expires.

How Will I Be Refunded?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.
Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.
If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help!

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@lailacart.com and send your item to: 4-10 Burton Road, 8, London, NW6 7LW, United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
