To order online with Lailacart, you must be 16 years old or older if paying with debit/credit card or gift card, When you're finished shopping, click on “Shopping bag" to place your order. Price and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has dispatched with a tracking link to trace your order.

2-We will deliver your purchase within 2-4 days after receiving your order confirmation. We deliver Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays.

We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.
However you may be able to update these details with the courier directly or cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short cancellation window after your order is confirmed.

If you are an Lailacart Member you can see all your active Member discounts on your 'My Account' page. As long as you are signed in. there will be a section at the shopping bag where you can select the discount you want to apply.
An item added to your shopping bag is saved for 7 days but it is not reserved for you. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout.
You can track your parcel with the details in your shipping confirmation email. If your order was due to be delivered in one parcel and any items are missing, please contact Customer Service.
We listened to your feedback! We adjusted our Ladieswear sizes to be in line with UK size measurements in 2018 and we made some changes to bra sizes in 2020. Bra sizes E and F have changed, size E is now labelled DD, and size F is now E and so on. If you are unhappy with the fit of any garments please return them for a refund.
We buy large quantities of the same garments direct from the supplier, with few middlemen, and sell the garments in our own Website. Lailacart has considerable experience of the textile industry and a great knowledge of which goods to buy from which markets. In addition, we have invested a lot in a fast and cost-efficient distribution system. Lailacart is also permeated by cost-consciousness at every level, allowing us to offer goods to our customers at the very best prices possible.
We’re taking steps in our commitment to only using packaging materials from recycled or sustainable sources. As we are testing to find alternative solutions, your parcel might be packaged in a paper bag or you might have received items without individual polybags.

*Debit on dispatch of your order
If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order.
If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.


Pay in just a few steps:
1. Select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout.
2. You'll then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
3. If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
4. You'll then return to and your order and payment will be complete!

You have 15 days from the receiving date of your order to return your purchase from . The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

These are the options for returning your item(s):

1-If you made your purchase as a registered user: Log in with your username and password and you can make a return request from the order details screen.
2-If you made your purchase as a guest: Request a refund by clicking on the link that appears in any of the emails we have sent you about your order.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return within 15 days from the receiving date of your purchase, before the return period expires.

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.
Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.
